Mentioning games in the 'first sightings' thread got me thinking about some of the games that involve muscle growth as a game mechanic, meaning that you, as the player, get to make the main character get big, often when you choose. Muscle growth, however, is a little more rare but it's out there. Like comic books, games are overflowing with strapping studs, many of whom prefer going shirtless when beating up the enemy.
